1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the “Refer a Friend” program offered by Physio Rooms. By participating in this program, both the referrer and the referee agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Eligibility

a. The program is open to existing clients of Physio Rooms.

b. Referees must be new clients who have not previously received services from Physio Rooms.

 

3. Referral Reward:

a. For each eligible referral, the referrer will receive a €20 voucher.

b. The voucher is redeemable for massage therapy services only at either Physio Rooms clinic 

c. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

4. How to Participate:

a. Refer a friend or family member to our clinic.

b. Ensure that the referred individual mentions your name while booking their first appointment.

c. A voucher will be sent via email once the referred individual completes their first paid session.

 

5. Limitations:

a. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

b. A referrer can receive a maximum of 5 vouchers within a calendar year.

 

6. Privacy: Your participation in the program authorizes [Your Clinic Name] to use your personal information for the administration of the program. All personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Amendments: Physio Rooms reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Liability: Physio Rooms is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants while participating in the program.
